a communal guesthouse and events venue in the Austrian Alps,
just one hour south of Vienna.


The commons hub is a harbor for artists, dreamers, hackers, and tinkerers —
a shared space where people and ideas meet to weave new perspectives
across the boundaries of technology, economy, society, and nature
in pursuit of sustainable futures.

Its intimate atmosphere, egalitarian principles and stunning natural surroundings
foster deep and lasting connections among peers. 

Be it a conference, a retreat, or a celebration among friends —
