From solo wanderers and digital nomads
to small teams, artists-in-residence, and friends passing through —

the commons hub offers more than just a place to sleep.

It’s a space to slow down, plug in (or out), and feel at home.
Not your average guesthouse.

Multiple communities have shaped this house over the years.
You feel it in the details — from scrappy fixes to shared jokes that stuck around.

Laid-back, but intentional.
Minimal rules. Maximum freedom.

A place to feel at home — even if you just arrived.

Common areas

Before picking a bed or room, here's what's yours no matter what:

Lounge
The heart of the house — vintage couches, a weathered bar, board games, and a community library with gems on the commons, radical finance, and systems change. Plus: a record player and vinyls for late-night moods.

Shared Kitchen
Once a restaurant kitchen — now the stage for late-night cooking sessions.
Fully stocked with utensils, spices, oils, and enough pots and pans to feed a small revolution.

Garden

Big enough for frisbee, cozy enough for quiet moments.
Includes a fire bowl, herb beds, shady corners — and a FarmBot with a life of its own.
