We’re not your standard event location.
Our space carries the character of decades,
infused with care, creativity and DIY spirit.
We believe in “events as commons” —
shaped by mutual care, respect, and serendipity among peers.
The magic begins where structure dissolves
and makes space for emergence and surprise.
Common areas
Before diving into the specific event spaces, here’s what’s open to everyone — no matter the occasion:
Lounge
The heart of the house — vintage couches, a weathered bar, board games, and a community library with gems on the commons, radical finance, and systems change. Plus: a record player and vinyls for late-night moods.
Shared Kitchen
Once a restaurant kitchen — now the stage for late-night cooking sessions.
Fully stocked with utensils, spices, oils, and enough pots and pans to feed a small revolution.
Garden
Big enough for frisbee, cozy enough for quiet moments.
Includes a fire bowl, herb beds, shady corners — and a FarmBot with a life of its own.
Event Space packages
All prices include 20% VAT. Bookings are binding after a 30% down payment.
Small (up to 15 people): €200/day for our Seminar Room
45 m2 Seminar Room
Medium (up to 35 people): €500/day for Seminar Room + 2 Event Halls à 90m²
90 m2 Conference Hall
Large (up to 65 people): €700/day for Seminar Room + 2 Event Halls à 90m²
Main Stage with piano, A/V and live streaming setup
Extra Large (up to 100 people): €1000/day for Seminar Room + 2 Event Halls à 90m²
