Winter Co-Living

Need a place to get away for a month or two? Do you want to live in a winter wonderland where glorious mountains hikes begin from the front door? Want a peaceful place far from the city mess and noise but not too far that you can get back in an hour with one train?

what/where/when

We have an old Gasthaus at the mouth of Höllental between two great mountains that we have renovated to host events, parties, conferences and all sorts of gatherings, however as we have no events planned for, until the end of March, we will take this opportunity for further renovations and to prepare for the upcoming year. Therefore we have some empty rooms which we would like to fill with interesting people who would like a month or two to live with us.

who

So, who are we? Daniel is a 40 yo aussie settled permahippyrainbowninjatraveler who has found himself in the downsideup land where strange things are happening; Emil and Felix, two brothers running this project since 2023 are around from time to time for work and to go climbing and hiking; and then there is a 30 something yo old soul who is the picture of health and calmness, who is an inspiration to the rest of us without being an arsehole about it; and not least a local cat who will cuddle with anyone who’s willing to sit on the couch long enough; a small trickle of outside guests (e.g. hikers or weekend getaways, usually a nice couple or a pair of friends) and potentially you?

Price

Rooms range from €500-600 per month, all utilities, internet, etc included. You're free to use our fablab and event space too, it might be a little cold in there but lots of stuff to do!
